Returns & Refunds

Here at Just Fabrics we take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images and text. However, colours on screens can vary, so on certain items we offer a sampling service which we advise all customers to use prior to placing an order.

Please do call our customer helpline prior to purchasing, so we can advise you in any way to try and help with your decision making. Where possible we do offer returns on some items so if you’re not completely happy we can refund or exchange items. However cut fabrics which are cut specially to your requirements and made to measure items unfortunately this isn’t possible.

Goods That Can Not Be Returned -

  • All Fabrics
  • Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Cushions and any other Bespoke Soft Furnishings.
  • Made to Measure Furniture & Headboards
  • Curtain or Upholstery accessories cut to size (tape, lining, webbing etc)
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Ex - Display Curtains & Blinds

 

Goods That Can Be Returned (90 Days No Quibbles) -

  • Cushions & Throws
  • Tracks & Poles
  • Ready Made Curtains, Bedding & Wallpaper
  • Tiebacks 
  • Home accessories in orginal packaging

 

PLEASE READ THE BELOW WHICH OUTLINES DETAILS OF EACH TYPE OF PRODUCT & RETURNS POLICY -

 

Returning Fabric & any other cut products -

Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics or any other cut products eg heading tapes and buckram (unless faulty) as they have been cut to your order requirements, therefore we strongly advise that you use our sampling service before purchasing fabric so that you can be sure that the fabric is the correct shade. On each fabric page you can simply add a sample to your basket by clicking the  Order a sample  button.

 

Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Cushions and any other Bespoke Soft Furnishings -

These are bespoke items made specifically to your measurements & requirements and are therefore non-returnable. Be sure to order a free sample prior to ordering and watch our Measuring Guide Videos.

 

Furniture & Headboards -

Made to measure furniture or headbaords cannot be returned or refunded as these have been made specifically to your requirements. Be sure to order a free sample prior to ordering.

 

Cushions, Throws, Wallpaper & Other Home Accessories -

If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

 

Ready-Made Curtains, Bedding, Rugs -

If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

 

Poles, Tracks & Tiebacks -

If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Outdoor Furniture and Mirrors

We must be notified immediately upon receipt of these items if they are in any way faulty or damaged. 

If you would like to return one of our outdoor benches or mirrors, then please securely package in original packaging and return to us at your own cost to the below address:

General -

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item or issue a credit note.

Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 90 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.
  5. If you exchange a product the delivery cost of sending the new product is chargeable.
  6. Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to process.
