Step 1
Firstly, cut out a circle of your main fabric with a 15cm diameter and using your white felt, draw and cut out a blob shape.

Step 2
Then, sew your blob shape onto the centre of your circle of fabric and then hand sew a running stitch around the edge of the circle.

Step 3
Next, stuff the pudding with your chosen filling, tighten the running stich and hand sew the pudding closed.

Step 4
Now, cut out a cardboard circle that has a diameter of 4cm and then cut out a circle of your main fabric that’s slightly bigger.

Step 5
Place both circles on the base of your pudding and then hand sew the circles to the base, covering the hold used to stuff.

Step 6
Afterwards, hand draw and cut out 4 identical leaves from your second fabric and with the right sides facing out, hand sew them together in pairs.

Step 7
Now, position both of your leaves onto the pudding and hand sew them in place and then make 2 cover buttons using your third fabric and secure the cover buttons in place, just below your leaves.

Step 8
Finally, loop approx. 10cm of elastic and secure it to the pudding’s base
