
What you'll need:
- Metal wreath frame
- Scrap fabrics
- Scissors
- Ribbon

Step 1
Cut your fabric scraps to approximately 15cm in length and no wider than 3cm.

Step 2
Take your metal wreath base and tie your strips of fabric to it. Continuing all the way around the base, and making sure it's evenly filled, with no gaps.

Step 3
Trim any lengths that look too long.

Step 4
Finally, tie a bow with your ribbon, and thread the back of the bow on to a fabric strand.
