Decide On Your Blind Positioning
Firstly, you will need to decide if your roller blind is going to sit inside the recess of your window or on the outside. If you are wanting to maximise daylight coming through the window we would recommend inside the recess as it can roll up neatly into the mechanism showing more of your window. If you want the blind to be more of a feature in the room then consider having it fitted to the outside of your recess, so it shows more of the fabric.

Measuring for Inside the Recess
If you have chosen for your Roller blind to be inside the recess, then you will need to measure the height and width of your window in three places and take the smallest measurement.

Measuring for Outside the Recess
For outside the recess you will need to fit the roller blind 5-10cm above the window and allow 5cm either side of the window for the width.
