Tulip Percale is a soft 100% cotton dressmaking and craft fabric with a traditional William Morris design.
This breathable and lightweight percale cotton fabric is perfect for many dressmaking projects such as blouses, pyjamas and dresses. An arts and crafts style fabric, Tulip Percale will bring a statement decorative touch to crafts and features a foliage design in rich, jewel tones.
